What you should and should not do.

  • Email over 7,000 people about each sale
  • Price all items in home
  • Throw Away what is truly trash
  • Will have presales for family
  • Will wash valuable glass so it will sell at higher prices
  • Sort and match items that go together
  • Will save personal items for family such as photo's, life insurance policies etc.
  • Will meet with all family members
  • Can buy-out entire contents of homes if needed.
  • Can do appraisals on antiques
  • Can do the paperwork for probate
  • We can refer clean out crews for after the sale is over.
  • We can refer handyman, painters, plumbers, carpenters, title companies, attorney's, roofers, etc.
  • We work with a large amount of other Realtor's to get your home sold.
  • We even get referred by other Realtor's to do the Estate Sales so there is no worry for themselves, of how things are being handled.

  • Please don't start throwing things away such as post cards, matches, manuals, unopened food, cleaning supplies, clothing, linens etc.  We can sell these items.
  • Please don't start donating things such as towels, clothing, sheets, glass etc.  We can sell these items as well  
  • Please consult us before you start getting rid of things..Most items that I have seen that people just had to get rid of were more valuable than the things they left.
  • Talk to your families.  If this is an estate involving a death of a loved one, just consulting with your families before doing anything may save a lot of heart ache and ill feelings.
  • If there is a problem with division of personal items, let us price everything first, let the family come in before the sale to the public and have everyone buy the items that they want.  The money will go back to the estate so everything can be divided equal.  This usually stops problems before they occur.
  • #1 above all, you really don't have to do anything in the home,  that is what we get paid for, setting up, sorting, going through, eliminating non sellable items, pricing, controlling customers, and selling everything in the home.
